I will bill you for only the tolls you use approximately 1 week after the end of your tri
What if I forget to fill up my gas?
I will bill you the actual cost of refilling and Turo adds an additional $10 convenience fee.
Can someone pick up the car on my behalf?
Unfortunately, NO. The vehicle will only be released to the primary driver listed on the reservation. I understand that things don't always go as planned, so if you need to make a slight adjustment to your pick up time, please contact me and I will be happy to assist:)

Melvin was very helpful and got the process of switching my rental to an hour later resolved quickly. The pick up and drop off were efficient. The car was in excellent condition. Would definitely rent from him again.

Melvin is a great host! He was very easy to get in touch with and would reply right away. He was very kind to even help us get car seats for our kids. His cars were in great shape which he disinfected before he handed it to us. He has quite a number of cars to choose from depending on your need. Will definitely book from him again.
