The trip was good, but it had an issue. However when I politely brought up the issue, Shifu did not respond to the message, even though it showed that he saw it. He ignored further follow up attempt.. Failing to acknowledge and address dissatisfaction was disappointing.

I was doing my best for you. You picked up my car in the early morning which was 7:00 am. I warned up and cleaned up the car for you. You returned the car late. Turo had proofed it，So I did not reply to your message, and argue with you about this matter.

We had a wonderful time traveling in the beautiful Acura MDX, and the whole process was easy and affordable. The vehicle was very clean and reliable, and made our trip extra special! Great communication from Shifu, and we would definitely recommend booking with him!
