GAS ⛽️: This vehicle uses Premium 93 gasoline, please return fueled otherwise an additional $75 will be added onto the amount of gas that will be replaced. We ask you to please leave all gas receipts reflecting use of 93 Premium gas in vehicle, failure to provide receipt will incur a $75 fee to your reservation. CLEAN 🧼: Our cars are loved, and well cared for. We thoroughly clean them and keep them germ-free with our rigorous cleaning regimens for your safety. With this in mind we would like to let you know that if the car is returned anything less than what we gave you, such as SAND, dirt, and debris, a $45 fee will be assessed to your account. A good rule of thumb is to hand wash and vacuum the car before returning it. The sand is very tough to get out, so please be mindful of this. WHEELS 🚙: Please thoroughly check the car for any preexistent damages and document it upon check-in, we do a pretty good job at taking photos of these things but if notice anything please let us know right away. Curb rashes happen all the time, and if this happens to you the wheels can be easily repaired. You are responsible for this and we request reimbursement per wheel at $175 each for the repair. Tire ware will be assessed after your reservation, we document the tires health before your reservation and will inspect upon return for any excessive ware due to burnouts, Street racing and such. SMOKING 🚭: There is absolutely no smoking in the vehicle. TURO charges up to $250 for this and will be assessed if you smoke in our vehicle. Not to mention your banning from the TURO app if you do this.
* Can I park my vehicle on your street while I enjoy your rental?
Yes, you can safely park your car on my street while you enjoy your rental. Plenty of free street parking, and it's also a very safe neighborhood.
How do I add a second or third driver to the trip?
Before adding another driver, they would need to create a Turo account and get approved similar to how you, the primary driver was setup in the first place. Under the trip section there is a place to add the approved driver's email address. How do I extend or shorten my trip?
If you want to change the day or time your trip starts or ends, you must submit a trip change request via Turo. You can submit a request before the trip begins, while it’s in progress, or up to six hours after the scheduled trip end time. If your host and vehicle are ready and you two agree, you can complete trip check-in in the app up to one hour before the scheduled trip start without submitting a trip change request. You can take responsibility for the car and activate the protection plan by sliding the toggle on the last screen. The check-in process in the app must be completed for this early exchange to be valid. You can check out and return a vehicle up to three hours early without submitting a trip change request only if you receive your host’s written consent in Turo messaging. A trip change is only valid if you make the request through Turo and your host accepts it. If you keep your host’s car past the scheduled end time without their approval via the Turo system, your host may charge you for additional usage and related fees, and it may void your protection plan. If you make an unapproved early return, we’ll be unable to refund you for any unused trip time. You’ll still be responsible for any parking tickets or tow charges up to 24 hours after the scheduled trip end. To request to extend or shorten your trip, follow these instructions: 1. Log onto turo.com or the Turo app to open your Trips tab. 2. Tap “Booked” to select the trip you’d like to change. 3. Select the Details tab. 4. If your trip is in progress, select the “Modify trip” button. From the menu of options, select "Dates and Location" If your trip has ended, select the “Extend trip” button. 5. Enter your new end time and write a message to your host. 6. Submit your request.
