Booking this car, you wont have to deal with me or any paper work. This will be a contactless pick up and drop off all through the Turo App. -- Flying into PHX? -- Perfect! The RAV4 will be located at Preflight Parking Garage next to Sky Harbor Airport. There will be a 24/7 free shuttle service provided! You can even take the Sky Rail to the garage! Instructions are sent the day of scheduled pick up. -- Local? -- No problem! Pick-up and drop off will be remote and easy! You will use the Turo App to Check-in and Check-out then you'll be on your way! I'll NEVER cancel on you. I do my best to keep my cars serviced and up to par. My cars are all SMOKE FREE vehicles. *See Turo's NO SMOKE Policy. I am an AZ born and raised resident. It was a good, clean ride. Thanks! But I had anxieties, which is why I chose 4 stars. The Turo App is confusing about check-in and check-out. The owner contacted hours after I returned the car wondering when I was coming back. And then there additional requests and conditions made after I made the reservation. Finally I was told to change the location to avoid airport taxes but I was still taxed. I think 5 stars should deliver a no-worries experience. PS this was my first time using Turo and the competitive price was unbeatable.

Good response time. The One I wanted was not going to be back in time and he quickly got me into another one just like it quick. Which was awesome!.but The original one I wanted ended up coming in the day of me picking it up! It was available for me clean/detailed and gas full to take on my trip. my Trip ended up being longer then expected more day, and he was able to do it for me last min. Witch save me! We’ll be renting again.
