Karen and her 2021 Toyota Highlander were AMAZING! Everything went so smoothly. She was available anytime and responded almost instantly. She delivered the SUV to us at baggage claim when we arrived at the Phoenix airport. When it was time to depart, we arranged to meet at the cell phone lot and travel to departures together, so me and my family could get out at the curb. This was MUCH MORE CONVENIENT that dragging our baggage to and from the rental car area. When a car host will deliver and pick up to the airport curb... Turo is far superior than a rental car! The SUV was clean, comfortable, sat 8, and fully loaded. For me, the gas milage was great, too. I travel to Phoenix several times a year and I will always try to book with Karen first!
