***Pickup and Return Update*** Turo recently negotiated an Airport User Fee with the Phoenix Airport Authority that would add 10% to the Turo reservation cost if Phoenix Airport is used as the delivery pickup/return location. The Turo agreement with the Phoenix Airport also mandates that vehicles may not be delivered to terminal 3 or terminal 4, which are the terminals that Turo Guest would be arriving to. The new Turo/Phoenix Airport agreement requires that Turo vehicles only be delivered to the East Economy Parking lot, which would require Turo Guest to trek through the airport to catch the SkyTrain to the East Economy Parking lot. Using the East Economy Parking Lot would be a large inconvenience to Turo Guest, as it would involve extensive walking through the terminals to catch the SkyTrain, and then much more walking from the SkyTrain to the vehicle. To enhance the Turo experience for all Turo Guest, deliveries designated for Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and for the vehicle home location of Phoenix, AZ 85034 will all take place at the PreFlight Parking Garage, located 1 mile from the airport terminals. The Phoenix Airport user fee is avoided if the Turo Guest selects "PICKUP AT CAR LOCATION" "PHOENIX, AZ 85034", which is the off airport commercial parking garage, PreFlight Parking Garage, located at 44 N. 44th Street. The actual address of the parking garage does not display until the reservation is booked/confirmed. There is a free PreFlight Parking Garage Courtesy Shuttle that will pick up the Turo Guest just outside the baggage claim area approximately every 5-7 minutes to transport Turo Guest to and from the Phoenix Airport terminal and the PreFlight Parking Garage. The Turo Guest may generally be at the vehicle in the PreFlight Parking Garage within 15-20 minutes of receiving their checked luggage. The Turo Guest may also be dropped off at their terminal’s ticketing/luggage checkin doors within 15-20 minutes of returning the Turo vehicle back to the PreFlight Parking Garage at the end of the Turo reservation. For the added security for the Guest and Host, to assist in the recovery of the vehicle should the vehicle be stolen from the Guest during a reservation, this vehicle has an Apple Air tag installed, which may provide notifications to the Guest during the reservation that states "AirTag Found Moving With You. The location of this AirTag can be seen by the owner." if the Guest selects "continue" once receiving the notification on their Iphone, the next screen will allow the Guest to Pause Safety Alerts, so as to not receive annoying alerts on their Iphone throughout the reservation. The privacy of the Guest is paramount, and the locations provided by the AirTags would never be viewed with the exception to aid in the recovery of the vehicle in the event the vehicle is stolen or missing. This vehicle is professionally detailed and cleaned prior to every Turo reservation beginning to minimize exposure to germs or viruses. Beautifully maintained inside and out. Immaculate condition. The Vehicle will be picked up at the PreFlight Parking Garage, located approximately 1 mile from the Phoenix Airport arrival/departure terminals. There is a free PreFlight Parking Garage courtesy shuttle that runs every 4-5 minutes to and from the airport, and takes just a few minutes. A remote vehicle delivery and return process will be utilized, which means that the Turo Host and Turo Guest generally do not meet during the pick up or return process. Turo remote delivery procedures requires that the Turo Guest provide a selfie while holding a valid driver’s license next to their face and a 2nd photo of just their driver's license within 24 hours period just prior to the reservation start time. The photos may be uploaded to your Turo reservation trip photos directly by selecting Trip Photos, and then selecting Add Photos.
When booking you are acknowledging that you fully accept and completely understand the terms and conditions below. 1. There will be a fee accessed for mileage overages. Refer to the trip reservation and take special notice to your trips stated limits. Vehicle fuel will be topped off at the start of the rental period by the Turo Host; Turo Client is responsible for returning the vehicle with the fuel topped off. 2. I wish you had reached out to me during your reservation, as I could have walked you through how to use the vehicle’s DVD system. which entails making sure the vehicle’s radio is turned on, setting the vehicle stereo system to the AM station specified, as the sound emits through the vehicles stereo system. Based on your feedback, we have checked out the vehicle’s DVD system, and it is operating properly.
