The car was fantastic. On the first day of having the car, the front passenger tire was flat. There was confusion about what services were available directly to the guest vs going through the host. Essentially for a four day trip, we were able to use the car for one day.

Not to split hairs but it happened on the evening of day 2 and Turo sent someone day 3 midday, which is out of my control. Turo told us both that you were responsible for the tire which you ignored and left it on a donut, covered in milk and peanut butter out of retaliation.
