Chris was very communicative & quick and efficient throughout the whole process, from start to finish! Regularly checked in on me with tips & reminders which was handy because I was busy traveling. He made everything so easy & foolproof. Chris even offered a discount as an option for me to keep the car a day longer, since Turo’s fees were outrageous for the simple adjustment & one day add on to my schedule. Sadly I missed my concert back at home, but because of last minute travel changes, he allowed me to keep the car an extra day! Accidentally missed my flight - or knew I would so I immediately turned back around - note to self - NEVER take 5 AM flight out of a major city ever again. No matter how nice the early arrival sounds 🤣 EVER. In the midst of my own chaos this morning from getting lost trying to find parking, I left my cigarette charger behind for anyone else who might need it. The USB didn’t want to cooperate & stay connected for me. If you want to connect your phone, be sure to keep the car in park before trying to connect or it won’t work! A/C on Auto setting works amazing… I’ve never driven a car where the temp stays perfect from morning to night, with no fogging or getting overbearing or anything Maybe it’s a “I’m from the South thing” but it’s something I noticed. You really have to push the incline button & hold it to get seat to move back to forward position - only small complaint! At first when leaving the airport, I thought it was broken & was panicked trying to fix it & worried I’d be uncomfortable the whole trip… so if you need the seat to come back up, hold it in place til it moves.
