We just ask that you return the car in the same condition as it was received! Reach out to us if you have any questions or need any help! We’ll get back to you ASAP! ⌚If you are running late or want to keep the vehicle longer, all you have to do is extend the trip on Turo, if available; otherwise, per Turo's additional usage policy, a late fee may be charged if not returned on time. ** Our cars are popular & are often booked back to back -- and we need enough time to thoroughly clean/prepare the vehicle in order to ensure every guest has a seamless & stress-free experience in a well-maintained luxury ride! ** Just a heads up: N🚫 Excessive Speeding N🚭 Smoking N🚫 Pets N🚫 Unauthorized Drivers N🚫 Off-roading or towing/hauling Turo has a one and done policy when it comes to these guidelines & anyone violating their policies will be fined/banned from Turo and no longer able to rent vehicles. Please obey all Turo policies and local traffic laws when using our vehicles. 🚨 After the vehicle is returned, if there are any additional fines/fees due, such as: tolls, tickets, taxes, parking fees, mileage overages, un-replaced fuel, additional usage or late return fees, cleaning/ smoking fees, or damage to the car, then you will receive a message via the Turo app with the amount due. To avoid these fines/fees, simply RETURN THE VEHICLE THE SAME AS WHEN YOU RECEIVED IT. Stay within the included mileage, avoid tolls and tickets (if possible), replace any used fuel, make sure the vehicle is clean and on time when returning it, and smoke, odor, and damage free. Glad you asked! 💦 Our cars come with 1 FREE daily full-service wash and vacuum at any Super Star Car Wash that typically takes about 15-minutes! All you have to do is pull-up in the Full-Service lane, the attendant will look up our Super Star Membership from the license; choose the air-freshener scent you want; drive through the wash & then park in the detailing lane and leave the key in the car for them to work while you relax in either the indoor or outdoor lounge! ⌚ You have the option to add Post-Trip Cleaning option in the "Extras," if that’s more convenient for you!
Is this car pet-friendly?
We love our four-legged family too! 🐕 You can add the Pet option in "Extras" & we'll include a waterproof cover/car hammock in the back of the vehicle so they can go where you go! ** Please just make sure the car is clean and free of pet hair & do not let animals directly on car surfaces, especially the leather / upholstery ** 🐾 Want to take them on a hike? Add our 'Doggie Bag' in the "Extras" for everything a pup could need on a day hike in AZ! ** NEVER take your dog outside during a high-heat advisory - you will be fined **
