This was an amazing experience!!! My daughter turned 16 and wanted something nice to go in a NY trip in and the Toyota Highlander was perfect for the occasion. The owner was very professional and easy to work with. Will come back for sure!

The owner was not friendly at all, but his car was great. We had a problem with his previous car, but thankfully he offered this car instead. It could have been a great experience, but besides making us wait in a parking lot for almost 2 hours to exchange the cars, he was extremely rude to my friend and not friendly at all. I just hope he can learn from this situation and treat his clients better.
Michael's response
After picking up the original vehicle guest contacted us to say they drove over a nail and had a slow leak. We offered to cancel so that they could book another vehicle with a different host or we could get another car but they would have to wait because we were by now far away. When we finally arrived the friend berates us for not getting there sooner despite going out of our way to get the car and after they agreed to wait. No one was rude to friend.. This is the thanks that we get!
