The host wasn’t very hospitable! He was acting like I was bothering him when had questions about the car. I’ve worked in customer service for 20 years. I must say his customer service was bad.
Michael's response
The renter refused to read and follow protocol that was provided well in advance of trip. This caused a lot of confusion and delays.

Host was a little hostile in the beginning about instructions but other than that the car was cool and drove smooth everything was good .
