George and Jonathan (not on the Turo Kia Telluride team any longer) showed to PHL airport for drop off of the vehicle at the arrival ramp 45 minutes later than coordinated. They remedied this by offering a free comp day. George requested I make a change in the trip plan via the app. The app wouldn’t allow me to make that change so I hope the ~$75.00 refund finds its way back to me… Drop off was not a physical hand off. The car was left with 4-ways on and George requested I leave the key in the glove box. The car was left at the coordinated drop off location in front of the Delta departing terminal. George sent me a text 45 minutes later, that the car had been picked up. All in all the car ran great. It was clean. I got it with a 1/2 tank of gas and returned it 3/4 full. While the communication on p/u and drop off was a bit of flail, they delivered the service as advertised and the car worked great. Thanks guys!

Great rental experience! Car was well maintained, smooth ride, wonderful alignment. Only suggestion/improvement ~ leave the manual with the car!! As new to most renters, this will help explain all the bells, whistles, knobs and settings. 😉
