Ebony was amazing! Pick up and drop off was a breeze. Car was clean and drove well. Perfect for what we needed for our trip. Ebony was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Definitely would use her again!

Thanks for the feedback. I am looking into a lockbox that can be kept somewhere on the car, outside, or remote unlock. Is this what you were referring to? Or the neighborhood/street itself?

This was my first time using Turo. Booking was easy and Ebony was responsive until I arrived. My trip started late due to Ebony being late to our pick up location which cause us to miss a reservation that was also previously scheduled. After several calls and messages Ebony finally let me know she was in traffic after getting gas. The vehicle was as described and i didn't have any issues with it. I also asked for an additional hrs before drop off and Ebony was not accommodating until 30 mins before drop off offering an additional 30 mins. The time was no longer needed that close to the original drop off time. Aside from the nearly 1 hour delay to start our trip. Everything else was fine.

Thank you for the feedback, I sincerely apologize for the delays on the pickup and drop-off. It was my first time going to the train station, which is no excuse, and I should have allowed for more time.
