Professional and Convenient! Joel was very accommodating! I had to book his Highlander literally the day before because my other Turo had an issue. Turo was also very helpful with this and they sent me Joel's car so he must be a top host of Turo! Next time I am in Vegas, 100% looking up Joel. Plus I forgot to mention the highlander was so clean and perfect! I actually preferred this ride to my own 2023 Acura MDX at home.

He was super detailed on telling us where to pick up the car and where to drop off the car and everything ended up going very smoothly. He also responded very quickly to messages. Ran into some issues with our flight which was delayed, however Ibraham was very helpful and attentive to when our flight landed to ensure it was there and ready to go when we arrived. The Jeep was spectacular, we did a ton of sight seeing and exploring, it would not have felt the same with anything other than this vehicle. It is in show room condition all around. Great experience all around!! 👍🏼

A friendly host. The pickup and return process was not complicated. The vehicle was fun to drive. A strong Cadillac engine along with adaptive braking cruise control. It was easy to back into parking spots despite its the larger size. I will be a repeat customer.
