Please absolutely NO smoking! 🚭 These are my personal vehicles, please respect and care for them as your own. Please add Pre-Paid Fuel and Post-Trip Cleaning to your trip under “EXTRAS.” Sometimes we run late and don't have time to fill up or clean the vehicle upon returning. ❗️ Vehicle must be returned to the correct address upon the end of your trip, as listed in your trip “Details.” If vehicle is returned anywhere else, you are solely responsible (and vehicle will be retrieved at your expense, if necessary). ❗️Read the FAQs for additional guidelines and common questions.

Faqs

  • Do I need to wash the car before returning? What happens if I don’t?

    Yes, all vehicles must be returned washed, vacuum and free of any pet hair, spills, and/or stains. If vehicle is returned dirty you will get billed for a vehicle detail provided by ImageTech Detailing. Or you can choose to pay and upfront fee under “Extras” and you wont have to worry about wash and vacuum. Spills, pet hair, smoking and other stains are not included.

  • Do I need to fill up the gas tank? And what gas should I use?

    Yes, gas needs to be filled up the same way you receive it. Failure to return the car at a full tank will incur a $10 dollar refueling fee plus the cost of gas. This is a fuel efficient vehicle so regular unleaded gas (87octane) will do the job.

  • Tolls; Can I use the EPass and how will it be charged?

    Vehicle is equipped with an E pass to eliminate the hassle of searching for coins. If you are using tolls, DO NOT pay in cash, go through the Express lane. Any tolls accumulated within your rental period will be billed to you via “Trip Incidentals” on the Turo app. Transponder # 0370381805100

  • Can I smoke inside the car?

    Absolutely NOT. Please NO SMOKING in the vehicle. If it smells like smoke we have to perform an Ozone treatment that will be performed by ImageTech Detailing and you will get billed Via Turo so Please NO Smoking!!!!

  • Are there any charges for returning a vehicle late?

    Yes. Late charge fees are $50.00 an hour after your trip ending time.
