Katherine was a kind and responsive host. Her Jeep got me exactly where I needed to go with no issues. Directions for pickup from parking lot at airport and key lock were very easy!

Pickup was easy and car was in great mechanical condition for its mileage.
Interior was clean and in good condition.

There was a couple windshield defects (not driver impacting) and some rear bumper damage but I’m not taking this to go to car shows, so no big deal.

The car pickup was not at the specified location and I had to arrange another way to receive the vehicle. It was 25 minutes away — which was a complete hassle. I also did not receive a refund/discount etc. The vehicle was ok, minor wear & tear

I absolutely love here car and she was very transparent and professional thank you so much will definitely use her again and the car is amazing 💕

The host was response and the pick up went fine. I was a bit disappointed in the fact that the car must have been in the parking lot for some time before I picked it up as the parking fees were almost $23.00. The car however needed some attention. The front windshield was cracked in 2 places and the back of the car was smashed in. More disturbing was that the Tires were worn past the ware bars. I arrived during the worst ice store in some time and had to drive with bad tires. Not safe!
