Strong, persistent smell like others had been smoking in it. Exterior of car was quite dirty and rims were in lousy shape. Check engine, brake pads, service due lights were all on. Car has 140,000 miles on it. Disappointing, but got the job done. On the plus side, the owner was accomodative and allowed us another several hours at no extra charge.

Brett was awesome to worth with! It was so easy, was able to meet and drop off at Charleston airport without issue. I hope to be a repeat customer!

Brett was greatly acomodating and made the trip fantastic. Super easy pick up, drop off and car was clean. Will always get a vehicle from brett when we come back to Charleston.

Brett was super nice. While an issue prevented us from using the car we booked, he was quick to supply a different car that worked well for our family. The only downside was that we had our flight delayed by a day and still had to wait 2+ hours for the new car to show.

Brett was awesome. He made sure the care was at the airport when I arrived. Sent me pics of exactly where I'd find it. Easy drop off as well. The whole process was super easy and he communicated well. He really made it hassle-free. I'd definitely rent from him again.
