(2) NO SMOKING (of anything), this includes marijuana, e-cigarette. If the vehicles indicate of any kind of smoke or marijuana, you will be fully responsible for all costs associated with having the vehicle decontaminated service ($250+). (3) The Turo App is Required. For all of our bookings, we do require that you have access to the app on a smartphone during your rental. This will be needed for communication as well as Trip Photos. You will especially need this when picking the vehicle up and when returning it. (4) If you’d like to extend your trip or need more time, this can be requested through the app under “change trip” (5) PLEASE TAKE PLENTY OF PICTURES THROUGH THE APP WHEN YOU CHECKING IN AND OUT BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR TRIP. (6) PLEASE AGAIN! ** NO SMOKING!!! ** PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF SPEEDING, CITY HAS LOTS OF SPEED CAMERAS. ** NO PETS (7) Cleaning Vehicle*** The car must be returned clean. If not, there will be an additional cleaning fee. (8) Ticket Violations *** In the unfortunate event you receive any type of ticket violation during your trip, you will be 100% responsible for all tickets and fees. (9) If assistance is needed *** In case of service ever needed, please park the car safely, call me immediately. Please do not ever leave the car in an unsafe condition before help arrives as you are fully responsible during that period. Should you fail to do so, you will be charged and fully responsible for any damage which may occur when the vehicle is left unattended. (10) Accidents happen *** If an accident occurs, please ensure everyone in vehicle is safe. If unsafe, please dial 911. • Do I need to wash the car upon return?💦

  When returning, the car must be clean enough to show that there's no damage. Dirt & bugs are fine you don't have to wash the car unless it's covered in mud.

• Can I bring the car earlier than drop time?

  Yes you can, Just text me your exact time and I will meet you.

• Is there smoking permitted in the car?🚭🚭

  NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.

• Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?⛽️⛽️

  Car will usually come with a full tank of Unleaded 87 gas. Please return it at same fuel level fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee.
