Car will be parked in the driveway adjacent to Lace Xclusive Salon Barber & Spa. You will complete your check in through the app, message us, and we will remotely unlock the car for you. The key will be in a lockbox attached to vehicle. Upon return of the car you will park in the same location, complete your check out and lock the key in the lockbox on the car. Please message us a selfie in front of the car once you have dropped it off.

Most of our cars are new or new condition. If there is an issue with any vehicle please document it at pick up and let us know right away. Please be respectful of our car, if you have an issue or any incidents occur please let us know, we are more than willing to help out if you communicate with us any issues or incidents than if you just drop off the car without saying anything after a trip. • Can I book last minute?

  Yes. All of our cars are kept ready to go at all times, if it says it is available on the Turo app, then it is available for you to rent. All of our vehicles are detailed as soon as they are returned and our pickup and returns are contactless so we do not need to be there for you to access your reservation.

• Can I drive out of state? Is there mileage limits?

  Yes. Drive it anywhere in the contiguous 48 US states. All I ask is that you give me a heads up and let me know where you'll be headed. There is a daily mileage limit, so plan ahead to make sure you rent for enough days to cover the mileage or that you are willing to pay the additional mileage charges beyond the set limit. The mileage is cumulative and is a total for your whole trip.

• Do you allow smoking in car?

  Unfortunately no. NO SMOKING, or ANY E-cigarettes, or ANY type of marijuana smell, or ANY Vape Smoking Pipe is allowed in the car. If the vehicle is smoked in and/or there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge in excess $150 for detail and cleaning services.

• How do I apply the discount code?

  If you already have a Turo account and did not use our link to sign up, but this is your first time booking a car: - You will simply need to call Turo to have them adjust your booking amount to reflect the referral discount. If you used our referral code to sign up for Turo and you are booking your trip: -No worries :) Your discount will automatically be applied.

• How can I modify my trip time and/or pick-up location?

  Log into your account, open the trip and you will be able to modify your trip time and pick-up location.

• Where can I leave my car?

  If picking up at our location, your car can be left at our pick-up location. We're just not responsible for your vehicle.

• Can I extend my trip?

  Yes! If you would like to extend your trip please modify your trip in the Turo app and we will approve it right away if the time/date is available .
