So on Saturday night I rented from this host for my daughter’s baby shower that was in Kenner Sunday afternoon. Prior, to going to Kenner, I stopped at the store, and then home. After the event that same evening (Sunday) I returned the vehicle 2 hours earlier(7:00pm) The next day, I received a report stating I went over the 200 miles given and had to pay an additional fee. I was sooooo confused! There was no possible way I drove over 200 miles to and from Kenner. I can’t help but to think that I was hustled!!!

I was traveling with my 81YR old father & he’s on oxygen. They made special arrangements to meet us at baggage pick up & again at passenger drop off so I didn’t struggle with my dad, our bags & his medical equipment. Car was clean. Received quick responses anytime I had a question! Excellent customer service! Thank you Daniel & Nick for making our trip so much less stressful!
