Where will the vehicle be parked at Nashville International Airport (BNA)?
We will park it at Economy Lot C Parking Lot, which is specially designated for Turo hosts. Additionally, we can’t use curb side or the main parking garage per the agreement between Turo and BNA. I will provide you with the exact detailed instructions before your arrival. We have found this parking spot to have very positive feedback from our guests and has the most minimal amount of walking.
What if there’s an issue with the vehicle during my rental?
If you encounter any issues with the vehicle, please contact us immediately. We are available around the clock for all our guests, and we ensure that any issues are promptly addressed. In case of an emergency, you can also reach out to Turo support for assistance. Turo provides 24 Hour Roadside Assistance.
Where do I return the car at BNA?
The return location is typically the same spot as agreed upon during the reservation for the pickup location, with the exception of mutually agreeing on another convenient place. I will provide detailed instructions for the return process to ensure a smooth conclusion to your trip.
Is there a good way to save on fees?
You can save on fees by picking up the vehicle at our home location, which is just 5 minutes away from BNA. It is the Marriott Nashville Airport located at 2200 Elm Hill Pike. This option avoids the additional charges associated with airport pickup and drop-off. Also, The Marriott runs a FREE SHUTTLE to and from the Nashville Airport every 20 Minutes that is easy to use.
Can I extend my rental period if needed?
Yes, you can request an extension through the Turo app. Extensions are subject to approval based on the vehicle's availability. Most the time these extensions are instantly approved if the vehicle is available.

Host was BEYONG fabulous! When I booked the car the pickup spot wasn’t at the hotel that I was staying at but I was okay to walk a few blocks to pick it up, however when I told them I wasn’t staying at that particular hotel they ended up dropping it off at at the hotel I was staying. They went above and beyond. We had a new traverse and the gas mileage was GREAT. Easy drop off, easy pickup. Well worth the money! Would rent the vehicle from this person again. Would give ten++ stars!!!
