Just a quick note about being a host and how we would like to serve you on your visit to Myrtle Beach, SC. We strive incredibly hard to be a 5 star host and appreciate all 5 star reviews. Please for any reason that you feel that we are not providing a 5 star experience, please let me know prior to the end of your trip. We will rectify it to meet and exceed all guests expectations. The vehicle is located in the center of Myrtle Beach across from the Airport and across from Coastal Grand Mall. Also, the vehicle can be delivered to the International Airport for a $15 delivery fee and no delivery fee for all bookings of 8 days or longer. Myrtle Beach is huge area and we take pride in providing a great vehicle during your visit. The vehicle is in great condition and drives like a brand new vehicle. Meet car at the airport .. was nice for me to pick up there .. nice car too .. no sun visor though .. I kept trying to put down to look in the mirror .. lol!! Car shakes a bit when going to fast .. car was clean and we really enjoyed it ..

This car is not in great condition. Had issues starting most of the time, smelled horrible and had issues with the key fob and unlocking the doors. The host seemed more concerned about the 5 star rating than addressing any concerns. I was left on read many times and took awhile to hear back, I also had to reach back out when the items we paid extra for were not left in the vehicle.

Great communication !!! Such an easy transaction and was impressed by how quick the renter was to respond ! Also , I’m used to a large SUV with 4 kids so I was unsure if car would be big enough . We were pleasantly surprised how it fit our family of 6 ! Would recommend !

I am a 1st time user of turo and was a little Hesitant. They made the process so easy. They were quick to respond and answered any questions I had. The car was waiting for us at the airport with clear instruction on where to pick it up and what to do when you drop it off. The car was exactly what we needed for a family six. We also wanted to get a couple of chairs to use at the beach and Williams cars let us come and pick up two chairs and gave us the umbrella to also use. I Highly recommend using Williams cars if your ever in the Myrtle Beach area and we will definitely use them again if we're ever down here.
