Car was great, smooth pickup and drop off, was a bit dirty when we picked it up though

Thank you for your feedback, the car was freshly washed and cleaned with steam cleaned seats, photos were added for guest reference, no communication from guest when she picked up the vehicle and nothing mentioned during the trip, guest did not take any pre trip photos nor post trip photos for providing any evidence, it was asked from the customer but never got any response back. We always strive to improve our service if anything, and we wished that we could have earned your 5 star business.
