The car I was supposed to get was not available so he was kind enough to lend me another one instead, I had issues getting another rental the following day and it caused me to run late but he patient with me.
If we end up in St Louis again we will absolutely rent from Souley again.

The pickup and drop off were very easy with no hassle. The car rode smooth with no issues mechanically. The only thing was the front driver window would not roll down. Other than that I had no issues whatsoever. The car was clean and held accommodations for everything I needed along with extra straps, trash cans insides, umbrellas, car chargers, anything you may need inside.
Pick-up was very easy & host was very reliable. Will be renting from him again.

DONNETTA WAS GREAT!! FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY!! Donnetta provide the highest level of service you could expect. She was able to accept my last minute booking with no problem. The car was immaculate, well maintained and drove well. Donnetta went a step above and provided extra amenities such as charger, mini trash receptacles, sanitizer and even bottled water! Which turned out to be much appreciated on my long trips! Communication is a must and she did not disappoint. Very personable, considerate and understanding. Very easy to work with. Car was very clean and loved all the tech features! Made it a smooth 15 hour drive and back! Loved that we didn’t have to worry about mileage because of the unlimited miles! Would definitely recommend renting out this car!
The car we rented from Souley was awesome! We drove all week with the A/C blasting and only used 3/4 of a tank of gas and the car ran great, looks great, and is very clean. Souley was great too, very friendly and accommadating. I highly recommend this car.
