Do you offer car seats?
We offer car seats for all ages. Please select the extra for the amount of car seats needed. When picking up the car, please remind agent of the car seats needed. - Due to liability reasons, we cannot install car seats for customers. It is customer responsibility to install car seat
Is there smoking permitted in the car?
NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell of cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?
Car will usually come with a full tank of PREMIUM gas. Please return it at same fuel level. Please not travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost + $10 inconvenience fee.

wanted to rent a CHR because i’m considering buying one and figured it was more info than a test drive would give. had to wait a bit (10m?) at pickup for the keys to be handed off and the apple play wouldn’t work at first (luckily was able to troubleshoot with owners who were quick to respond). it’s actually a pretty small car and so i don’t think ill be buying one but in terms of a rental, things were pretty smooth!
