I will provide exact location of the car in the parking lot during check in

***Absolutely No smoking or pets allowed inside the car*** -No additional drivers apart from the registered guest(s) - Avoid drive-through restaurants to prevent scratches on wheels, tires or car body - Out of state driving is not permitted unless you mention it beforehand. - Any damages will go through your personal insurance upto the deductible or the amount that Turo will not cover. -Avoid eating or drinking in the car as any spillage can ruin the interiors and cleaning fee will be charged. -No racing at the tracks or tire burns. Unusual wear and tear will be charged. - Tolls are enabled and will need to be paid by guest at the end of the trip with a reimbursement request -GPS enabled and activity such as speed limit, sudden breaking, charging activity may be monitored. Any rash driving will be charged. Speed driving will result in limiting the speed of the car -DO NOT take it to the regular car washes as they usually have bristles which can affect the paint. Only Touchless car washes are allowed. No paper towels and only microfiber cloth should be used. -Most importantly- DRIVE RESPONSIBLY and BE SAFE!! Kindly return the car in the same condition as it was received with no scratches or dings. Read the FAQ’s for other charges that may apply.

• What are any additional chargers that may apply

  Please read the guidelines and Instructions carefully as some of these charges might apply. -Pets or smoking inside the car. Minimum $250 - Unreasonable delays during pickup/drop off.Cost of Uber - Any scratches, dings or damages caused during the trip. Incase Turo doesn’t honor the claim, either we can settle an amount or use your insurance for the claim. (Eg a scratch would be a minimum of $100 under 3 inches depending on depth and damage. Over 3 inches would involve a insurance claim) - Turo usually charges a late return fee. Please extend the trip within a reasonable amount of time. Any last minute changes in plans causing me inconvenience(car rental cost/Uber cost). -Losing the keyfob. Rekeying a keyfob is around $300 -Riding rash or speeding(over 85 mph) will be charged per trip($50) and I reserve the right to have a speed limit set after several instances. -Additional drivers using the car apart from who was registered in the Turo reservation, will be charged $100 per trip. - Taking it to a regular car wash will be charged $20 per incident. Only touch less car washes are allowed. -Cleaning fee of minimum $25 if the car is not washed using touch less car wash or returned in the same condition. I use special products for my car so please don’t take it to cheap car detailers -Any tickets or citations from the law is your responsibility during the duration of the trip and until I check out. I hope I don’t have to charge anyone for anything but I want you to be safe and also my car to be in the great shape that I try to keep it in. Hope you understand if it was your asset too. Thanks

• What documentation are needed by guests

  Before the trip, kindly upload your current legal drivers license and insurance to the trip photos under the reservation. Your insurance will not be used unless it’s something that is not covered by Turo’s insurance(backup). All guests have provided them and I have never had to use it till date. I will not be able to confirm the reservation or check you in until the documentation is uploaded before the trip starts. In the case of a remote check, please upload a selfie of you and the license when your at the car and I will remotely unlock the car. • Tolls and parking

  Tolls enabled so don’t worry about stopping anywhere!!. I will send you a reimbursement request at the end of the trip with an itemized receipt. Turo recommends pickup and drop off at only the following locations in LAX.
