Exact address will be provided upon booking confirmation. If you request pickup at the airport, host may either meet you at the airport or park the car in nearby garage ready for upon start of trip. Vehicle can be accessed via remote unlock or a lockbox on the car.

No Smoking (cigar/weed) in this vehicle. For smoking violation you can be charged for up to $150 smoking violation fee. Pets are welcome but limited to small - medium dogs with trimmed/cut nails. Pets long nails can damage the carseats and vehicle upholstery. If pets are taken into vehicle please clean/vacuum the vehicle after the trip to make sure no hairs/dirt are left behind. Failure to comply with this will result in cleaning violation. Car will be washed/cleaned. Pls return in same condition. Any heavy dirt, food/beverage stains , beach sand on seats/carpets/floors will be reported as cleaning violation. For cleaning violation you can be charged up to $150 cleaning fees. You will receive a cleaned vehicle at the start of your trip with substantial fuel, please return in the way it was. Any stains will result in deep cleaning fee. Any cleaning violations will result in $150 cleaning fees. If you don't refill or wash there will be additional charges to you. If you don't have time to refill gas you can avail of the extra prepaid refuel $75.00 per trip just leave at least 20 miles range in the car upon return. Express Lane pass provided (attached on windshield above the rearview mirror), you may use Express Lanes but you will be billed after the trip for Express Lane usage/charges. This is provided for your convenience so you don't have to stop at the toll gate to pay whenever you use Express Lanes. For flights to/from LAX, be advised that there is a current Turo/LAX policy against onsite LAX delivery/drop off, for your convenience we park the car in nearby LAX parking. There is free 10-15 min shuttle to/from the terminal to garage. Guest will pay about $15-33 parking fee upon pickup. For other smaller airports - LGB, SNA, BUR etc: car can be parked in onsite parking subject to $20-25 parking fee.

• Are we required to to wash/clean the car upon return?

  The vehicle will be delivered to you cleaned, vacuumed and disinfected. The guest is expected to do some basic cleaning and return the vehicle in the condition it was delivered. Customer is not required to carwash and fully vacuum or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, as a ride-share, we expect the guest to return the car in same condition when it was delivered, please do some basic cleaning, wipe of the interior/dashboard, if the car is so dirty due to long trips, a basic drive-thru wash will be appreciated. Special car drying towels/microfiber cloths and interior/dash wipes will be provided in the trunk. If the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior (like stains, food spillage, beach sand on seat/carpet etc), we will report to Turo. For LAX pickup/delivery you will pay additional for parking fee $20-25 upon pickup and for smaller airports 15-24 upon pickup. • Can I smoke in the car?

  NO SMOKING please! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services. Turo may also remove the guest from Turo for Smoking/cleaning violation.
