The trunk of the car was full of dog hair. My son is allergic, so this was a big issue for me. I sent a photo to the them, and the only thing they said was that it wasn't that much hair. There wasn’t even an apology.
I regret renting an electric car in L.A. Charging the car is either expensive or crowded, with waits of more than two hours for your turn. The best places to charge are in paid parking lots. But you have to pay a lot to park and to charge, and the charging process is super slow in those places—about 10% per hour.

The host showed up very quickly for this last minute booking. The car’s window buttons were broken and didn’t open or close consistently. The host was aware of this but didn’t fix it.

Was a breeze renting from Moon rentals. Communication was always on point and Pickup and drop off were smooth and easy. My only suggestion is that the car at least be washed at the time of pickup but other than that no issues whatsoever. I’d definitely rent from them again and will recommend them to all my colleagues
