No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services. *We kindly request that trip extensions are the only adjustments permissible when there is availability, as we are unable to accommodate requests for trip shortening. This policy ensures the availability of the vehicle for other guests, and we appreciate your understanding in maintaining trip schedules and accommodations for all. Please note that each reservation is blocked from the calendar, preventing other guests from booking during that period.

• Is there smoking permitted in the car?

  NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.

• Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?

  Car will usually come with a full tank of Unleaded 87 gas. Please return it at same fuel level fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee.

• Do we have to clean the car when returning?

  Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. • Will car come activated with toll pass?

  Car will have license plate that is registered with the toll roads that is accessible at all California toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.
