The car was great the customer service not so much, I requested the procedure for return and followed the instructions only to get sent an invoice for the time the vihicle was at the parking spot and was told had I messaged the owner sooner I would’ve paid less? However I was not told to message the owner I was only told where to drop off the vehicle and my understanding was my checkout on the Turo app would notify the owner. After I explained my reasoning I was responded with rude comments stating I should’ve used common sense which I found rude given I was the one who specifically asked “what is the procedure for the return” so that I could follow the step by step instructions to ensure a proper return.
