Halima was responsive and flexible including 2 last minutes changes on my side (and 1 on his)! The car was fine for occasional use and we had no issues.

Just needed a car for the weekend to run some errands and take care of home; and this was the perfect SUV, very roomy and great trunk space. Loved the lane departure feature, back up camera, heated/cooling seats! Lima was very responsive and even understandable when I was a few min late. Thank you
