Smoking is NOT ALLOWED.. No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge an excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.

  • Do your cars have EZPASS?

    Our EZPASS is set up through the license plate and guests will be sent an invoice when it is processed through our account! Any tickets mailed to us throughout the guests trip will also be sent an invoice through the app

  • Can I keep the car longer than my set reservation time?

    Yes, it is possible if the vehicle doesn't have a future booking and/or if it falls in our business hour. It will count as an extension which you can request under the "details" tab on the app and then "modify trip". Once there you'll be able to change the date and time.

  • Is smoking allowed?

    No, it is not and it is against Turo Policy. For more details you can view their personal page, they charge a smoking/cleaning fee as a well a ban on the account.

  • Can I come earlier than my set reservation time to ‘Pick Up’ the car?

    The Vehicle can only be given at the start time, so both guest and host are covered my Turo insurance! If you would like to pick up earlier you’ll have to modify your time!

  • What will happen if I bring the car later than my end time?

    You have a grace period of 30 minutes when ‘dropping off’ a Vehicle. After that we follow Turo's Policies regarding the additional usage, the longer it takes for the vehicle to be brought back the charge increases. Guest have 5 hours to extend after their trip ends to avoid penalties.

  • What is the gas policies?

    All of our cars are given with FULL tanks, this is represented by the fuel gauge, NOT the miles shown per gallon. If it is not brought back fuel we will charge what is cost to fill up and $10 inconvenience fee is automatically charged per Turo policy of Detail & Cleaning Services.

  • Can I 'Drop Off' the vehicle earlier that my set reservation time?

    If it is within our business hours the car can be dropped earlier, you'll need to get confirmation through turo text and then we just ask to modify the time accordingly!

Simply put: we got a bad car, and its state wasn't honestly disclosed.

Most importantly we got a car with a sunroof that doesn't close all the way! Lucky it didn't rain or the car would flood. We didn't notice this issue when taking the car out, never knew I need to check the car's roof.

Also the car's AC barely worked.

Host offered no compensation for the car's state.

Car had damages on the driver side, the check engine notification was on, the rooftop doesn’t close all the way and pick up was a headache. Worst experience to date. On a positive note the car drive nicely and location was easy to find.
