This is an extremely comfortable car to cruise in and around Las Vegas. Plenty of storage in the rear for 2 Large Bags, and still have extra room for a few small bags. Parking details

✅🚗Direction to Vehicle location and Lockbox code will be sent to the cell phone number on file. Once we receive a copy of your Valid drivers license, a selfie of you holding your drivers license and ticketed return itinerary. Please do not send any sooner than 24hrs before your trip starts. The key will be inside the lockbox, which is located on the passenger side back seat door window.

    Please notify us immediately. We will arrange a new key for you. Due to the nature of the key, (it is linked to the car and another one will have to be programmed if you lose it) you will be charged $500.

    NO Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed, you will be charge Cleaning fee of $150.

  • * ⛔️I lost or forgot to leave the airport parking ticket in the car before catching my flight? Will I be charged?

    Yes, this will result in a fee up to $250

  • * 🔑I forgot to leave the keys in the car before catching my flight? Will I be charged?

    Yes, you will be charged an Inconvenience FEE of $100. To AVOID total replacement fee of an additional $400 you’ll have the option to mail the key back on the next business day using FedEx or UPS. Text tracking number immediately or you will be charged a total of $500.

  • * ✅Do I need to clean the car before returning it?

    Yes, to avoid a cleaning fee please vacuum up excessive dirt, sand or crumbs, wipe up any sticky spots or spills and check the exterior for any significant dirt or mud that may need to be washed off.

  • * ✅If I didn't purchase the EXTRA ”Post Trip Cleaning" and return the car NOT in the condition it was received, what are the charges?

    You will be charged a cleaning fee of $50

  • * ✅If I didn't purchase the EXTRA”Prepaid Refuel" what are the charges?

    You will be charged $60

  • * ✅How much if I stain the upholstery?

    You will be charged a $250 cleaning fee, do NOT eat/drink anything while in the car that will leave hard to get out stains! Apply sunscreen outside of the car!

  • * ⛔️LOCKBOX Damaged or Lost? Will I be charged?

    Yes, there will be a $100 charge for a new replacement.

  • * ✅Returning the car late?

    If you will be late returning a vehicle, you must call and notify TURO at 1-866-735-2901 so that you will be protected with insurance coverage. Please note that sometimes a vehicle has back-to-back rentals and can be going out only an hour after it’s returned. Any late return will lead to a late return fee according to Turo regulations.

  • * ✅What if there is damage to the vehicle or get into an accident?

    Please notify us of any damage or accidents that happen during your rental. We appreciate your honesty and will work with you to solve the problem.

  • * ✅Need to pick up the car early?

    Simply log into the app and change your pick-up time. Insurance coverage is only valid during the booked time listed on the app. We kindly ask that if you need to pick up the vehicle early that you go into the TURO app and adjust your rental time accordingly. It’s very easy to do. (TURO does not want us to release a vehicle to a renter unless the rental period has started.) Likewise, if you will be late returning a vehicle, you must call and notify TURO at 1-866-735-2901 so that you will be protected with insurance coverage.
