This wheel is a nice ride. Perfect for 3 couples. Lots of room for luggage. Easy pick up and drop off at the airport. Company very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Communication was smooth and quick with the owner. This is a beautiful vehicle and was a joy to drive around Vegas in style. It met all of my expectations overall, but there were a couple of things that could have been better. When I first picked up the SUV at the airport, I noticed the entire front end and headlights had many dried bug splatters. This was disappointing, given the cost to rent this vehicle. I expected it to be detailed very well. There was also a small piece of trash and sticky stuff in one of the cup holders and trash under the drivers seat and some minor dirt in the cargo space. There was some dirt on the rims. Other than that, aesthetically it looked mostly new with few visible blemishes and was pretty clean inside. While driving it, a message popped up that the steering column needed serviced but this caused no issues with drivability. When it was time to fuel up, the fuel door did not want to open. I unlocked and relocked and unlocked and re-locked, thinking that the lock wasn't releasing fully, and it would not release the way it was supposed to (I even checked the owner's manual to make sure I wasn't missing something). I called the number to get help and just as the guy answered, my daughter was able to finally get it open. It was stuck and that was frustrating because we were on our way to the airport to go home. That was the only time I had to put gas in it while I had it, so I had no idea this would be an issue. Other than these minor things, I was very pleased with this car.

Highly recommend, latest body style black on very cool leather color long Escalade ESV, great AKG premium audio, tons of space, excellent condition, pano, ventilated seats etc. Excellent host, very easy communication process, easy pick up and drop off. See you next time!
