I can't explain how much I appreciated and enjoyed renting from Matan...he was able to drop the vehicle off at the location that I was staying and he pick it up from the separate hotel that I was located at, for the stated end of the reservation with him.

A longer story about compassion and flexibility: I had booked Jamarr’s Defender for 5 days, but shortly after he dropped off the truck for me at LAX (right on time) and I checked into my hotel, I learned my father had passed away 3,000 miles away and had to fly home on the next flight out early the next morning.
