What should I do if I run into a traffic accident?
In the unfortunate event of a traffic accident, please follow these steps: 1. Prioritize Safety: If anyone is injured, call 911 immediately. 2. Insurance Information: Locate the Turo commercial insurance card in the glove box. 3. Document the Incident: Take photos of the accident scene, damage to the vehicle, and the other party's insurance card and identification. 4. Contact Me: Send the photos and a description of the incident to me so I can file a damage report with Turo.
