Great car! Kaatee was very friendly. Pick up and drop off was smooth.

Everything was fine with the car when I picked up, Later in the day on the first day service lights came in so I contacted host. They went off later in the day. The issue that I had was with the drop off, The host had a problem with the tank being a notch or two from full and requested $30 to top it off so we were asked to follow her to the gas station and it was $12 worth of gas so we filled it to $13 to too it off completely, also as I was unloading the diaper bag a little formula dropped off of the diaper bag Wich was easy wiped off with a baby wipe completely clean. But was harassed while unloading the car and finishing up the return saying that a picture was going to be taken if the formula in the seat and be charged. Before I finished wiping it off with a baby wipe. Regardless that situation could have went alot smoother and not felt like harassment while I'm trying to get my child and all of his things out of the vehicle. And get the car cleaned up for return.
