Absolutely *NO SMOKING* in this car. Guests and their passengers are not permitted to smoke in any vehicle in the Turo marketplace. There will be a $150 fee if there is any scent of smoke in the car. So please be respectful and do not smoke in the car at all, not even with the windows down. Please see Turo's policy: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990550-Smoking-policy *Pets Allowed as an EXTRA Add-On* How does paying for Tesla Supercharging and Tolls work? All Supercharging fees and Toll Fees will be billed to you within 72 hours after the completion of your trip. I will submit an invoice via the Turo app and you will receive an e-mail notification. Is it okay to stay idle after supercharging the Tesla is complete? Please note that Tesla charges a $1/minute "Idle Fee" if the vehicle is left parked 5 minutes after supercharging is complete. In the event that you stay idle more than 5 minutes after charging is complete. You will receive a notification of the event via the Tesla app. So please be aware of this and do not leave the Tesla parked at the supercharging station once the vehicle charging is complete. If you do incur any "Idle Fees" they will be invoiced to you within 72 hours after the completion of your trip. Car was very clean and an amazing vehicle to drive. I rented this because my truck is to large for my dad to get into and we wanted a weekend casino trip. That and I wanted to drive a Tesla as I am currently thinking about getting one myself. I have 0 complaints about this car and its host. Pickup and drop off was smooth and any questions I had were promptly answered. I will def rent from Eric again in the future.

ALL MY VEHICLES CLEARLY ADVERTISE: No Smoking! No Pets! Plus we even offer to allow pets as an available Extra to cover the added cleaning. We own a dog but would not put it in the seating areas. Our dog stays in rear cargo area of the SUV. Your dog was in the back seat and hair got embedded into the seat belt requiring a ton of time to clean...hence the pet extra option. We refunded the $20 you cried about for Premium Connectivity being mislabeled WiFi Hotspot. Try reading next time!

It’s awesome to drive Tesla! My first experience ever, and there are tips I wish I knew about pro and con for taking it out state vs. local commute. It would have helped me prepare better for the trip. I enjoy this opportunity and this experience just awesome! Most importantly Eric is very cool and easy to communicate. I definitely will give it another go!
