Aloha, this is jack your Turo host, the Jeep will be located in the airport public parking, it is located across the street from baggage claim past the tram station, its a 5 minute walk at the longest. Once you land you can verify your ID by taking a picture of your drivers license, and another picture of you holding your license by your face in the Turo app, in trip photos, let me know when sent. Once ID is verified i will send you the exact location of the Jeep along with the lock box code. The lock box is located in the toe hitch under the spare tire. Remove toe hitch cover by pulling from the bottom prying upwards, put in code and press down on lever, it will pop open. Put drawer back in hitch, scramble code, then put back cover. No smoking, No pets No Off Roading Renter responsible for tickets, tow and ticket fees. Jeep will have a full tank of gas, please return the same way or save time and preselect prepaid fuel in the extras Jeep will be clean and disinfected inside and out, if you don’t have time to clean it the same way it went out I can take care of that for you, just pre-select post-trip cleaning in the extras. If extremely dirty mud, sand everywhere, sunscreen on leather, or any rips or tears in leather there will be a $150 -$300 cleaning fee. Let me know if you have any questions. Mahalo!
