Pick up location was a lot but the pick up and drop off directions were easy to follow. Very accommodating when I wished to extend my time last minute.

The car is amazing and we really enjoyed it during the Maui trip. The only thing that I have complain about is the pick up process. It was a bit messy because the app says to go to a parking lot to pick up and instruction will be sent. I didn’t receive any instruction and when call, I was told a white van will come pick me up and bring me to the lot. It was unexpected and I waited at the different area. So it’s a lot of not knowing what’s going on. And for some turo, they would send a number to unlock the car but this one doesn’t because the key already inside the vehicle. I wish there is better communication about the pick up.
