Vehicle will have minor scratches and dents from previous trips. Side note: This is NOT a 4 wheel drive vehicle so if exploring unpaved terrain is what you desire, this is NOT the car for you. Please watch for potholes and stay on paved roads. This is NOT a 4 wheel drive vehicle. 🚫 No pets 🚫 No smoking Subject to penalties on returns if extras are not booked with reservation and vehicle comes back neglected. For example: Fuel not topped off within 8 miles of return location: $10 penalty + filling expense. ✅ We top off for your pickup and don’t want to short the next guest picking up. Vehicle not washed/vacuumed: $10 penalty + $40 post trip cleaning. Smoking: You will be charged a $150 detail fee. Airport Parking Fee: You may pay up to $45 to exit the parking lot once you pick up vehicle. Most times you won’t pay more than $15. It’s a standard airport parking fee. Parking details
Car will be parked in the airport parking lot across from baggage claim. Delivery is free however, there will be a parking fee of about $15 to exit the parking lot that you are responsible for. A ticket to exit will be in the cupholder and you can use that to exit. The keys will be under the driver side mat, however you MUST NOT take the car until after a photo of the primary driver with the license plate of the vehicle in the background has been uploaded to the trip photos. I will reach out closer to trip date to start the checkin process. We will be doing a contactless checkin and more details will follow. Mahalo for choosing us! Talk soon.

Car was dirty, food etc. in the car. Tire pressure wasn’t right, warning signal was on. No support from Tasha when I noticed her after seeing the car. Response: “You don’t have to take the car”. Disappointing answer when you arrive at the car with a one year old in a foreign country.

This was the perfect car for our trip! It's a great size for our family and all of our beach gear. It was easy to park everywhere, and everything on it worked just fine. Tasha was helpful and responsive throughout the whole process, including pickup and drop-off which were both super easy. The car was clean and ran well, and got decent gas mileage.
