Free delivery to zip code 98027/98006 for multi-day trip. For airport pickup, I will always be there early and meet you at the curb side. If you have your own car, you can park it in my garage while you rent mine as long as you are not going to hold me liable. If you come to my house for pickup/dropoff, you are expected to be on time(+/- 15min). And please no pets and don't smoke in this car. :-) Thanks! Ask me about long term arrangement if interested. I can also provide bike rack if interested. A cleaning fee of 50$ will be charged if the car is not clean during dropoff. I will request you for reimbursement for any toll usage during your trip.

Dhana was super easy going and very accommodating towards my requests. His car was clean and was very swift in replying and communicating clearly the terms and conditions. Please go for Dhana’s car, you won’t regret it.

I honestly never leave bad reviews especially if it’s a business, just out of respect, since it’s people’s livelihood. I’ve had Turo people bring the car 30 min late or even had it smelling like cigarettes or weed when they’d drop it off and I’ve said nothing. With that said, my experience with this Turo owner was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Look, I’ve NEVER had a bad experience with Turo in the past but eventually it would happen right? I chose this particular person because he had a cheaper rate for a bigger car. I should of been suspicious the second I realized he only had about 4 photos for his Q7 (and I’ll get back to this in a few). Since I’ve never had a bad experience prior to this, I figured why not? So, I get to the airport and Dhana is on his way to pick me up. As soon as we see each other, he doesn’t pull over to the loading zone instead stops completely in the moving lane (turns his hazards on) and tried handing me the vehicle. At this point, I’m immediately rushed to try and exchange information. Not allowing me to take photos of his vehicle. Just an awful start. Again, whatever not enough for me to go out of my way and leave a bad review. The next morning, I finally get a chance to really inspect the car. Literally, dents EVERYWHERE all around his car. Don’t believe me? I dare you to book this car and find out for yourself. It makes sense to me now why he didn’t have that many photos up. Also, I forgot to mention his “check engine” light was on. So he clearly doesn’t take care of this vehicle. I like Turo, and I’ve respected everyone’s vehicle I’ve ever rented. Which is why I’ve never received a bad review. What pisses me off about this trip is when I dropped off the vehicle to him, he sends a msg to me saying that I dented his vehicle. And that he is going to get a quote for the damage and send me the bill? He literally tried to pull a fast one on me. People like him is why Turo gets a bad rep. If it was that big of a deal he would of submitted a claim within 24hrs but he didn’t. Clearly he was just trying to collect money and it’s sad to see people like him in this business. Note to self, if they don’t have over 10-15 photos of their vehicle I will not be renting from them. Wish I could of left a positive review but I just can’t stand people like this.
