The car was in great condition and clean. It was nice ride and all passengers loved it. The service was great and pick up and return of the vehicle was easy. I’d recommend renting from Gilbert if you’re looking to rent a Tesla X.

Yezen was great! Car was charged up and clean, ready for us to hit the road! We didn’t leave our car at his location because when we booked we didn’t know if we would be meeting at a complex or a public place BUT he said if we wanted to leave our car there that it would be safe there. It was a gated community so I’m sure it would be safe, especially it being Irvine LOL He was very communicative and helpful throughout the process since it was our first time using Turo/renting a Tesla. He gave us so many different key options, which we appreciated! He showed us around the car and taught us some basics of the Tesla, which I thought was very nice and helpful of him. 10/10 would rent again and would recommend… in fact, we already have! LOL Such a luxurious experience from the car to customer service by Yezen.

This guy is awesome and so is this Tesla. Seriously - he dropped me off at the airport when I returned the car. He’s 100% the coolest dude in Irvine (once my flight takes off)! Thank you again sir!!!

The process was seamless and the car was exactly as described and immaculate! The host Linda was so kind and accommodating. This was my first time using Turo and driving a Tesla so she took the time to show me the car and answer all my questions. Great experience!!

I would highly recommend renting from Yezen and know the next time I rent a car I will be looking to see if his vehicle is available. Yezen was a great host. This was my first time driving a Tesla and he took the time to show me all of the ins and outs of the vehicle. He also offered a great drop off experience. We ran into a medical emergency during our trip and had to return the vehicle late. He was able to coordinate with the next guest and allow us the flexibility needed during our trip.

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved Shervin’s 2021 Model Y Tesla. Rented it as a Valentine’s Day surprise for my girlfriend, and we spent the day touring up and down PCH after eating brunch at Orange Hill Restaurant, which I also highly recommend! So many amazing features packed into this Tesla! It was our first ever Tesla that we have driven, so it made it that much more exciting. Autopilot plus full self driving was a cool feature, which we used periodically throughout the day. We absolutely loved the self parallel parking feature, worked flawlessly! Loved how simple and seamless everything looked. No buttons whatsoever in the car. Everything is done using the massive touch screen. Also really enjoyed the white interior look. Definitely recommend renting this car. Shervin is a great host too.

I had a great time renting from Ken and QuynhHoa! They were super kind and helpful. This was my first time driving a Tesla X and they made it super easy by giving me a tutorial before I left and were easily available for any questions or concerns. The car was super fun to drive and the free supercharging was a great bonus. I would definitely recommend renting from them!
