Pick up and delivery was hassle free. Easy communication with host via app and quick responses. Unfortunately the back up camera was not working during my trip but beside that the car was great.

I didn't want to leave a bad review because Ilya was very responsive but this trip was super inconvenient. I'm hoping for a discount or refund. I rented to the car for work and test drive the Macan. The check engine came on and I had to swap out the car for a BMW. This was a major inconvenience because I was working 5am-8pm everyday!
