Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. Is there smoking permitted in the car?
NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
Does gas need to be filled?
Car will usually come with a full tank of gas. Please return it at same gas level of unleaded fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee.

The host was on time, friendly and responding fast to all my request. The car was more than expected. The car was clean, well maintain and had all the gadgets you could ask in a car. I felt safe while driving and the car was dependable.

As a first time user of Turo I had no idea what I was doing or what to expect. Dillon was awesome to deal with. He responded quickly to all of my questions and was super helpful. The Jeep was amazing. Clean, reliable, and just what I was looking for, for our trip. I definitely recommend and would use again!!
