1. NO SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING of ANY kind is allowed. *A $250 Smoking Fee for detail and cleaning services. will be applied to your Turo reservation if there as any smoke smell. Please be respectful of this policy. 2. NO PETS: The vehicle is expected to be return in the same condition it was received. If the vehicle is brought back unreasonable dirty you will be charged a cleaning fee according. *An additional $150 pet fee will be charged if any evidence of pet's hair is detected upon return. Please be respectful of this policy. 3. Re-Fuelling: PREMIUM GAS ONLY The car will be given clean with a full tank of gas. We expect the same when returned, otherwise you will be charged a $10 fee + gas the reimbursement amount.

• Is there a limit on how many miles I can drive?

  Yes, the car comes with $200/day any additional mile usage will be calculated cost per mi/km, which is the daily price divided by your daily distance.

• What gas grade does the vehicle take?

  Premium gas (93) ONLY.

• Can I pick the vehicle up/drop off the vehicle late or early? Extending Trip? Late Pickups? Late Returns?

  All changes must be requested under your booking and approved on the Turo app. Changes include: -Picking up the vehicle early or late -Extending your trip -Dropping off the vehicle late. If the request is not going through it may be due to a scheduling conflict, please message. I will try my best to accommodate you. Late Pickups that have not been approved may result in a cancelation of your booking plus a fee. Late Returns that have not been approved may result in a fee.

• What if I lose the key?

  Please notify me right away. Unfortunately, the key is very expensive, and you will be charged a replacement cost of $600. Please be extra careful and be sure to return it so you won’t be charged. Thanks!

• What if I get a parking ticket?

  Please inform me of any tickets you receive. Leave the ticket in the car when you return it. Parking Tickets need to be paid directly by you once you get the ticket. If you fail to pay the parking ticket you will be charged for the ticket, plus any penalties, and a $25 admin fee charged directly by Turo.

• Does this vehicle have a toll pass?

  No. You must pay the cost of any tolls or fees. A toll invoice will be sent to you. If you incur toll charges while on a trip, notify me as soon as possible and you will be invoiced up to 90 days after your trip ends.
