The process for reserving the vehicle was fairly simple. We rented Tony's G wagon for a total of 5 days. I opted to include insurance and delivery/pickup of the vehicle through Turo. Once confirmed, Tony reached out via text message to confirm. After advising where the vehicle needed to be delivered, Tony advised that it will be an additional $80 for drop-off and $80 for pickup even though I paid for the turo service. It was at that moment I knew I should've canceled and went another route for vehicle rental. I have text messages to prove this interaction. And so we proceed our trip... Fast forward to the actual use of the Tony's G Wagon.. pickup from the airport was spot on. However, we received a vehicle in mediocre condition. Dirt and water spots on the exterior, including the windshield. Interior was very dusty. I'm not a difficult person, so I just took the vehicle and proceeded with our trip. Then comes my experience with drivability... Im 100% certain this vehicle needs a wheel alignment and tires rebalanced. At highway speeds, the car had a bad vibration and was not easy to keep in a single lane! On top of that, the dashboard kept indicating that vehicle service was overdue by 5000 miles! Again, im not a difficult person so I make no mention of it and continue with our trip. Lastly, let's talk about the experience with returning the vehicle. Again we paid to have the vehicle picked up at the airport for return. The day of return, Tony messages me and advised that I need to return the vehicle 20 minutes away from the airport and take an uber the rest of the way. Seriously? Why can't you just deliver what was agreed upon through the services we selected. I kindly advised Tony that we will meet him at the airport as that was the plan. Now the grand finale. Tony is attempting to charge me an additional $250 to have his vehicle detailed because we returned it "excessively dirty, per his opinion. Very crooked if you asked me. We'll see how the dispute goes as it'll determine whether or not myself and the thousands of other folks that go to this event in Houston annually will use Turo again next year.

Unfortunately my brother as you can see all my reviews all good. Every one that have ever used our vehicles had no problems. You guys used My G wagon as a Work Truck, you left oil and black stuff on my seats all pictures have been uploaded. You also left a car jack in the back of my G wagon which has also been uploaded so I have proof of how dirty you left my G wagon. Remember it’s a G Wagon, I paid a lot of money for it, if you wanted a work truck then you should have rented a work truck.
