Will car come activated with toll pass?
Car will have license plate that is registered with the toll roads that is accessible at all California toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.
Do you offer car seats?
We offer car seats for all ages. Please select the extra for the amount of car seats needed. When picking up the car, please remind agent of the car seats needed - Due to liability reasons, we cannot install car seats for customers. It is customer responsibility to install carseat
Does the car need to be returned with full charge?
Car will be given with at least 80% charged. Car will need to be returned the same or above. The following is the charging fee assessed if not returned at same level. 0-20% charge - $50 21-50% charge - $20 50%-80% - $10
Is there smoking permitted in the car?
NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Customer is not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report to Turo. Turo customer support will then review the evidence and charge a cleaning violation of $150 and possible removal from Turo. omg i loved this car! and drop off and was super easy considering drop off is 24/7! my flight was super early and i was able to leave it on the lot securely. the only thing was that since it was an electric car i felt like the charging instructions by the attendant could’ve been more clear but i figured it out so no worries.
