Cruise the Island in style with this mint condition BMW X3. The X3 seats 5 comfortably, and has plenty of trunk space for luggage. The vehicle has factory mounted roof racks, strap a board to it and hit the beach! Please keep sand to a minimum inside the vehicle. There is a panoramic sunroof, let the top down and the Maui breeze in! She has all the modern luxuries and more. Navigation, Bluetooth, USB connections in front and rear, automatic everything and ice cold air conditioning. What more do you need? If you need more, add on a few extras! I got you covered.

Guidelines
Please return the car in the same condition you received it in. This car is washed and sanitized before each rental. No excessive sand in the vehicle or there will be an added charge. Any damages or miss use of vehicle will be charged. Please return the car with the same amount of fuel, or add on the Fuel Package for a care free return. Take note of the time you booked your reservation. If you are not picking up the vehicle from it's home location, this vehicle will not arrive early to your destination, it will arrive at the time it was booked for, and picked up at the time you noted on the reservation as the checkout time. Other reservations may be booked around your return time. Contact me directly if you would like to extend your checkout, and I can see if it is possible based on the next reservation.

Brianna was extremely communicative and thoughtful. She included detailed instructions, cash for parking, a phone charger, and offered extras like cooler and lounge chair rentals. She responded quickly and made the whole trip smooth and effortless. I definitely plan on renting from Brianna for future trips to Maui!

Car broke down in the middle of our trip. We had to load up our family of four and find a new rental car in the middle of Spring Break traffic. The Host told Turo it was our fault which was such a lame thing to do. She rented a vehicle with over 100K miles. The car system said that it had an ignition malfunction and when we called the dealership, they said there was nothing that could be done and it needed to go to the dealership.
I get that things happen, but we never heard from the Host again and blaming your guests off the bat was a low move. Don’t rent from this Host!

I’m really sorry you feel this way. I never blamed you for anything, simply asked if you left a door or the trunk open, if it could be the battery etc. I spoke with both you and your husband, after you called Turo. In which they told me they were handing a vehicle swap on your behalf. Not sure what else you expected me to do, your husband said you guys are handling it with Turo and hung up. After almost 200 trips, I do my best to host, this is the only review that is downright slanderous.
