With Turo’s new contactless hand-offs, the following items are MANDATORY prior to picking up the vehicle: 1) Please upload a selfie of you holding your valid driver’s license standing in front of the booked vehicle to trip photos. 2) You can upload these photos by going to your reservation page and scroll down to trip photos, then add photos. Upon completion, Turo message PHOTO(S) SUBMITTED to host and the host will Turo message you the instructions on obtaining the 🔑. ⛽️Regular Gas / 87 Octane 🧽Cleaning Policy🧼: Please return the vehicle in the condition that you received the vehicle (clean & full of regular fuel). Cleaning Fee: $25 for vacuuming sand, food, etc. Does not cover upholstery cleaning, spills, stains, pet hair, or smoke removal. 🎟Toll/Ticket Policy: If you drive through tolls or receive parking tickets, your card on file will be billed the cost, upon receipt of the bill. ⏰Late/Return Policy: Please text the host if you are running late to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle is due back no later than the listed Turo time (This is to protect you as insurance is covered during the rental process only). If you are running late returning the vehicle, please modify the trip through Turo to avoid late fees. 🚬Smoking & Vaping💨Policy: 🚭No Smoking or Vaping! Smoking/Vaping of any kind is prohibited. If smoking/vaping is detected there is an assessment fee. Smoking Assessment Fee: $150 🐕Pet Policy🐈: 🚫No Pets Allowed!!! Please consider the next guest and guests with allergies.
